Non arrival or cancellation within 72 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one (1) nights accommodation

Cancellation with more 72 hours and less than seven (7) days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of one night’s accommodation

Cancellation with more than seven (7) days notice – no cancellation fee

No refund given once for reduction in days (length of stay) or guest numbers

No refund given once client commences stay (checks-in) under any circumstances

Cancellation Policy, Terms & Conditions apply to all persons to make a reservation for accommodation at Cosy Corner Beach Cottages, regardless of how the reservation was made, by whom, or through which agent
